1) COMMUNITY CARE FALLOW stays
A core value at The Fallows is balancing extended stays with accessibility.
We understand that by prioritizing extended stays there is a financial investment for our guests.
The Fallows offers community care stays on a sliding scale from $250 to $750 (full rate). These fees help cover cleaning and utilities and ensure we can sustainably offer monthly community stays year-round.
If you are in a season of consistent or abundant resources, please consider supporting our Fallows Fund below to continue to make our community care stays available and as accessible as possible.

In addition, your support will help cover overhead expenses, ensuring that The Fallows remains a nurturing, sustainable space for guests season to season.
